One Dead after Vehicles Plunge off San Francisco Cliff

Sept. 4, 2024
San Francisco firefighters found a dog that had been riding in one of the vehicles in a bush.

One person is dead and another injured after two vehicles crashed through a fence near the Cliff House in San Francisco Tuesday evening.

Firefighters pulled a dog from a bush at the crash site. Later, they confirmed it was connected to one of the cars involved in the crash.

Video from the scene appears to show the vehicle may have hit the building, breaking a few windows and leaving what look like tire marks on the wall.

Police are working to determine how the two vehicles plunged off the cliff, NBC Bay Area  reported.
